My name is Demi. I’m currently a research technician at Massachusetts General Hospital, studying glioblastoma and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies.
Throughout my life, I have always valued the intrinsic connection between art and science and hope to translate my artistic skills into the medical field.
From studying abroad in Rome, Italy for my Studio Art minor to researching brain cancer at the lab benchtop, my range of studies in both disciplines have driven my aspirations to be a surgical oncologist.
